Can we use our existing domain?
Your existing domain and ownership arrangements can be reviewed during discovery. Any transfer or DNS changes are agreed before implementation.
When is a domain registration confirmed?
A proposed domain must be checked for availability and meet the applicable registration requirements. Entering a name does not reserve it; confirmation follows the registration process.
How are renewals handled?
The quotation confirms the registration period, renewal charges, accountable owner and any renewal coordination included in the scope.
Can a domain connect to business email?
DNS configuration can connect a domain to the agreed website, email and other services. Provider requirements and changes are reviewed before implementation.
What do you need to review a domain transfer?
We first review the current registrar, ownership, expiry and access arrangements. Transfer eligibility and applicable requirements are confirmed before proceeding.
Does a domain purchase include a website?
A domain is a separate part of your digital identity. Website design, development, hosting and ongoing support are included only when they form part of the agreed package or quotation.
