This website is operated for Armtronix One, a brand of Armtronix Technologies Sdn. Bhd. These Terms of Use describe use of the public website and its information. A signed agreement or accepted quotation governs any purchased service.
2. Information and service scope
X Stack describes our connected infrastructure and digital service disciplines. Availability, capability, delivery scope and commitments are confirmed during discovery and quotation. Website content is general information and does not by itself create a service contract.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of information you provide.
4. Domain enquiries and registrations
A proposed domain is subject to availability, applicable eligibility and registry or provider requirements. Entering a name or viewing a journey does not reserve or register the domain. Registration, transfers, renewal periods, charges and responsibilities are confirmed through the relevant order and service terms.
5. Website promotion
The Armtronix X Stack New Year 2027 offer includes a custom corporate website of up to 10 pages at MYR 4,999, a required .my domain at MYR 120, and complimentary hosting for 1 January–31 December 2027. The stated package total is MYR 5,119. Additional pages, features, integrations and services outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Your quotation confirms applicable taxes, payment terms, delivery timeline, content responsibilities, revision limits, domain registration period and renewal charges, and hosting charges outside 2027. Free hosting is tied to those calendar dates, not 12 months from launch.
6. Customer access
The current login and account-creation pages provide browser-side field validation. They do not authenticate users or create registered accounts. Do not use them to submit credentials for another service. Customer access and any future portal functionality are subject to the relevant account and service arrangements.
7. Content and intellectual property
Site branding, design and content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not reproduce or use them beyond what applicable law or permission allows. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Client deliverables and ownership or licence terms are defined in the agreed service contract.
8. External services and sharing
Links and sharing controls may open email, social platforms or other external websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A third-party link is not a promise about the content, availability or performance of that service.
9. Performance and availability
Website animations explain a customer journey and are not guarantees of search position, enquiries, sales or revenue. No search ranking, lead volume or business result is promised. Website availability and information may change; service support, security and response commitments must be expressly agreed.
